Len Bland is known for providing insight that leads to personal and corporate growth. He is a Managing Partner of Midwest Renaissance Fund, a VC Fund in formation. As the Capital MatchmakerTM with Concept Equity Group, Len prepares entrepreneurs for investment. He coaches them on their people, partners, strategy, and investor communications.

Len Bland has founded seven other companies including PatraCorp. which provides back office productivity solutions to insurance agencies with over 400 employees and 40% growth.

He combines 30 years of financial, IT and sales experience to every project he handles. Prior to founding Concept Equity Group, Len was VP of Sales for Tesseract, a human capital management software vendor, and Napersoft, an international document management software vendor. Previously, Len automated operations while managing information systems at Kraft Foods and Unisys and analyzed company financials as an auditor for Grant Thornton.

Len Bland earned his MBA with a concentration in Operations Management at Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and his CPA and Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
